About ID CBSSpring 2014 International Debat expanded to Copenhagen Business School. The aim was both to create an entirely english-speaking branch and to combine topics of business and politics with an international outlook. Hence, the name of ID CBS is the english version with an ’e’.
ID CBS is a non-profit student run organization situated at Copenhagen Business School. ID CBS draws on the 14 years of experience from ID and have already now planned and held events at CBS creating an academic platform to discuss and investigate topics of interest to the students. The board is democratically elected on the general assembly. Board members are in charge of the day-to-day management and the visionary work of the organization. Smaller event groups and work tasks are issued to the members of the organization in order to ensure the influence of proactive members. For more information on the purpose and procedures of the organization see the by-laws here. |

Andreas Larsson
Vice President [email protected] Andreas traveled the bumpy roads all the way from Sweden to Denmark to start a BSc International business and politics at Copenhagen Business school this fall. He joined ID CBS at the same time as he is highly fascinated about the market and politics from global perspective and wishes to be part of creating exciting and relevant debates for all students at CBS, as well as for himself. He’s also enrolled as venue manager, a role he will shoulder with deep passion and pride. When Andreas is not buried underneath a mountain of study literature he enjoys cooking a tasty meal, struggle on the running track or simply spend some time with good friends. |
Gina Binet
Treasure [email protected] Gina is studying Bsc Business, Language and Culture with expected graduation in June 2017. She was engaged in ID CBS during her 4th semester when she was desperately looking for the coolest student organization. Gina comes from Hungary but she has already spent a year in the Caribbean and now she can only imagine the rest of her life here in Denmark. Besides CBS you can find her in one of the fencing clubs of Copenhagen where she teaches fencing every night. Gina is mostly interested in Finance and Accounting so she works as a treasurer in ID CBS. |

She has been working voluntarily in non-profit organizations for many years and is especially interested in development work and NGO’s but is also happy to be back in ID CBS after her exchange semester in Colombia. He will finish his bachelor in business administration here at CBS and will start a master in international relations in autumn 2016. Last year, François-Olivier was in the debate team of his own university, and the external vice-president of his business faculty. He is a passionate of international politics, travels a lot, and has a great sense of humor! He is now trying to experience the Danish culture by being actively involved in many activities. He will be in charge of organizing a debate this semester and we hope that his Canadian point of view will bring something new to International Debate CBS. |
Magnus Oxholm Winther Juhl
Board Member of the University of Copenhagen. [email protected] Magnus is currently studying political science at KU, with a main interest in international relations, becoming bachelor this summer. After being an active member at ID at KU for two years, where I took part in organizing debates on the intervention against Islamic State, EU-elections, and Danish Foreign Policy., I joined ID-CBS to see the organization grow at CBS as well. I believe that the organization has the potential to attract plenty of CBS-students interested in the intersection between politics and economics at an international level. I enjoy travelling, classic movies and live music. I have spent way too many weekends following the Premier League. |
